David is a seasoned recruiter with a passion for helping people get into the next version of their careers and partnering with organizations to help them thoughtfully think about who they hire and how they keep them.

He begin his career at the front desk of Leo Burnett Chicago, and stumbled into recruiting by accident. After helping to attract the best and brightest to come to Leo, David moved on to work for AKQA, and then Venables Bell & Partners, where he was their first ever Director Of Recruiting.

In 2015 he founded The Perezidency with the desire to truly help people demystify their careers, and help companies curate their culture through the lens of creativity, diversity and equity.
